Reporting to the Head of Sales/Directors, the Marketing Officer is responsible for communicating a company's marketing message, managing marketing campaigns, and our social media accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
i. Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials
ii. Devise and organize marketing campaigns.
iii. Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days, or fundraising activities
iv. Represent the company at events
v. Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target clientele
vi. Write, edit, and proofread marketing material for use in different channels
vii. Oversee and update the website(s) and social media accounts
viii. Develop and communicate through the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
ix. Coordinate with outside agencies, for example designers, to produce marketing material such as stationery and web pages
x. Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
xi. Ensure that customer queries are objectively and promptly responded to
Qualifications
i. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
ii. Customer service, marketing, or sales experience
iii. Understanding of the principles of marketing
iv. Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
v. Proficient in relevant computer applications
vi. Proficient in social media marketing-MUST
